- In original packaging with tags and invoice
- Products such as personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, tongue cleaners, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or damaged products due to customer handling
💰 Refund Policy
- Full Refunds will be processed only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong product delivered
- Cancellations before dispatch
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.

- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
