Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order above ₹299. For smaller orders the delivery charge is shown in your cart before you pay.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. Every price on the site is inclusive of all taxes.
What comes with every order?
Every order comes with a thank-you card made from plantable seed paper.
How can I pay?
You can pay with: Cash on delivery ( Extra ₹ 40 will be charged ), Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking. The options for your order are shown at checkout.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to My Account and open Orders to see the status of every order.
Can I return or exchange a product?

What is my Greenarys impact certificate?
Every order adds to your personal impact record. You get one certificate that updates as you shop, which you can view and share from My Impact in your account.
